FAQs

When should I book?

Most of our couples book their wedding florals 6–18 months in advance, but if your date is still available, we can take bookings up to 4 weeks before your wedding.

That said, if you’ve found a supplier you love, I always recommend booking as soon as possible! Once a date is secured, it’s gone—whether your wedding is next week, next month, or two years from now.

I do ask that you have a set wedding date and a venue booked before seriously inquiring

How do I book?

To secure your wedding flowers, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required—Which will be deducted from the total balance. This locks in your date and guarantees any prices quoted.

Not sure exactly what you need yet? No problem! We offer a Save the Date option, allowing you to book now based on an estimated quote and finalise the details later.

Please note: Your date is only secured once the deposit is paid. The final balance must be settled 1–2 weeks before your wedding day.

Communication Guidelines

The cost of your wedding flowers depends on the season, flower varieties, design style, and the scale of your wedding. Since every wedding is unique, we tailor our floral designs to suit your vision and budget.

We offer a free, no-obligation consultation to guide you through the process, offering expert advice on how to make the most of your budget while achieving a beautiful, bespoke look.

I believe that no two weddings are the same, and your flowers should reflect that. Because each couple has unique needs, tastes, and priorities, I don’t offer set packages. Instead, I provide a fully bespoke floral design service tailored specifically to you. This allows us to create something truly personal and meaningful, while making the most of your budget.

Yes, there is a delivery and setup fee, which depends on the distance to your location. I’ll include the exact delivery and setup cost in your detailed quote once I have the necessary information.

Yes, I can if the address isn’t far from the venue and we have discussed this prior arrangement. Otherwise they will be left at the ceremony venue.

Generally, I’d deliver your flowers approximately 2 hours prior to the ceremony but I always aim to be flexible.

Yes, I do charge for hire of vases and props which will be included in the quote if ours are used. I’m more than happy to use your own vases & would require you to drop them off at my studio a few days before the wedding.

I have a minimum order value of £300.00 for all wedding flower orders.

All flower orders from £500 to £600 are for collection only and require collection from my studio by prior arrangement.

For delivery and set up, all flower orders will need to be over £800 Plus delivery charges.

Yes. People often change their mind in the run up to their wedding. We are happy to make adjustments, though the more notice we have, the better. Two adjustments / changes are included, without charge. After that, changes will be charged at £35 per re-invoice.

🕰 My Working Hours

I reply to emails and WhatsApp messages Monday to Friday between 12am and 6:30pm.

I take weekends off to focus on weddings and rest — thank you for your understanding.

✉️ Email is Best

To keep everything in one place, I kindly ask that all communication stays via email as much as possible.

This helps me stay organised and give your wedding the attention it deserves.

💬 Response Times

I aim to reply to all emails within 2–3 working days.

During peak wedding season (May–September), replies may take a little longer — but I haven’t forgotten you!

📞 Calls and Meetings

Video consultations are available by appointment only. I’m not available for unscheduled calls or messages, but I’m always happy to arrange a time to connect.

📱 Social Media Messages

I don’t monitor social media DMs for client communication.

If you have a question or need to get in touch, please email me directly.

🚨 Emergencies or Last-Minute Changes

If you have an urgent change the week of your wedding, I’ll provide a dedicated contact method for that week — rest assured, I’ll be fully available when it matters most.

⏳ For Weddings Over 12 Months Away

If your wedding is more than a year away, our communication may be spaced out for a while — and that’s perfectly normal. I’m here to support you through the whole journey, but the most detailed planning tends to happen in the final 3–6 months before your big day.

You’re always welcome to email me with any important updates or questions, and I’ll check in at key points as your wedding approaches.

This slower pace early on allows me to give all my couples the attention they deserve — especially those with weddings just around the corner.
