I make wedding flowers for people who want their day to feel like them. Colourful or understated, wildly romantic or a little bit strange, but never stiff, predictable or copied straight from Pinterest.

Basically, if you want beautiful flowers with personality, we’ll probably get along.

A LITTLE ABOUT CATKIN

I founded Catkin Studio in 2019, bringing together my background in visual communication, formal floristry training and a lifelong habit of noticing every interesting flower, branch and slightly wonky stem.

My approach is intuitive, playful and led by the seasons. I’m drawn to unusual ingredients, unexpected colour combinations and designs that feel as though they’re still growing. I love flowers with movement, texture and a bit of wildness to them.

Every wedding begins with your ideas, your personalities and the feeling you want to create. From there, I develop a floral world that belongs entirely to your day.

I care about how everything feels together.

The colours against the venue walls. The shape of your bouquet with your outfit. What your guests see when they first enter the room. How ceremony flowers can be moved and enjoyed again during dinner.

There’s creativity behind it, but plenty of practical thinking too. I’ll guide you through what will make the biggest impact, where your budget is best spent and how we can make your flowers work beautifully throughout the day.

I’m a creative person through and through. I love art, interiors, unusual colour palettes, old details, natural forms and anything with a little soul.

I’m warm, honest and genuinely invested in the weddings I take on. You can expect excitement, thoughtful ideas, straightforward advice and someone who cares about the tiny details just as much as the big floral moments.

Catkin Studio is based in Glasgow and travels across Scotland, creating flowers for modern weddings, intimate celebrations and gloriously individual couples.
