Catkin Studio is a floral design studio based in Glasgow, founded by Louise McWilliams in 2019.
With a background in visual design and formal training in floristry, Louise brings a sculptural, instinctive approach to floral art—balancing romance with raw, natural movement.

Her work is grounded in a nostalgic connection to flowers and shaped by a contemporary creative practice. Known for sourcing unusual seasonal blooms, she creates striking, immersive designs that sit between floristry, sculpture, and installation.

Louise studied floristry at college to deepen her technical understanding of the craft, blending her design instincts with classical floral techniques to create work that feels both grounded and imaginative.
